The piece, a benchmark in contemporary outdoor design, has been recognised by ADI-FAD with the award in the Outdoor Furniture category.
The Boira sofa, designed by Carlos Guijarro, has been awarded the Delta Bronze Award 2026 in the Outdoor Furniture category, one of Spain’s most prestigious industrial design awards presented by ADI-FAD. This recognition places the collection among the most outstanding and innovative design proposals on today’s design scene.
Conceived as a modular outdoor seating system, Boira stands out for its soft, embracing lines and its combination of high-performance materials, including iroko wood and technical outdoor fabrics, delivering comfort, durability and a contemporary aesthetic.
The collection has evolved with new configurations and a version featuring a metal frame, expanding its possibilities for both residential settings and contract projects. Its versatility and ability to adapt to a wide range of environments were among the qualities highlighted by the jury.
Following this award, Boira has become part of the exhibition “Delta Awards 2026. Industrial Design and Design Culture”, showcasing some of the finest products designed and brought to market over the past two years. The exhibition is open from 23 July to 6 September.
